- College PayWay will comply with all appropriate law, regulation, or statute, as promulgated, governing the activities and relationships between student loan lenders and school Financial Aid Offices.
- College PayWay will not offer or provide a school’s Financial Aid Office anything of value in exchange for any advantage, consideration, or placement on a school’s "preferred lender list"; however, College PayWay may provide items of nominal value that are offered as a form of marketing or advertising, or to create good will.
- College PayWay will not offer or participate in any form of revenue sharing arrangements with a school.
- College PayWay will not offer or participate in the practice of "opportunity loan pools" with a school.
- College PayWay will continue to honor all "borrower benefits" offered on its loans, regardless of whether the loan is subsequently sold to another entity. Additionally, we will clearly and fully disclose the terms of all benefits, products, and services to students, parents, and schools.
- College PayWay does not have "Advisory Boards" consisting of school representatives. If in the future we decide to organize this type of Board, College PayWay will not provide payment, reimbursement of expenses, or anything except items of nominal value to its members.
- College PayWay employees will not state or imply that they are employees, representatives, or agents of a school in any oral or written communications with students or parents.
- College PayWay will continue to provide assistance to schools that is authorized by regulation and is comparable to the types of assistance the Department of Education provides to Direct Lending schools.
- College PayWay, on behalf of and with full cooperation of the school’s Financial Aid Office, will continue to conduct Entrance and Exit Interviews and Debt Management and Financial Literacy seminars to assist students without promoting its loan products as the intent of such services.
- College PayWay will restrict its use of the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to authorized employees and for authorized purposes only.
